Installation problem

I'm facing the problem below. I tried to download the full installer 2times but still not working .. Please help~~

Did you try running it as administrator?

Yea, i did it . I have tried reinstall, redownload, trying at different pc including windows xp and windows 7

Try downloading Ragray and then the mini installer?
