What's that card..

Anyone know the name of the card that increases damage on wind property monsters? I saw it in a hood before and believe it was called a "breeze hood" (if i remember correctly).

This card exist right? I hope I'm not imagining things

For garments, no such cards exist.
However, the reverse do. it's called Dustiness Card.

Roween card when carded says "Breeze [enter garment here]."
It adds 10% dmg to water property monsters though, not wind ones.
Magmaring gives 10% more to earth property monsters.

They also have some other miscellaneous effects on each.

It must be Roween. I might've been confusing it with wind because I could use it with wind arrows.
