My vote for any hatter MVP would be to bring GM-Ayu back outta retirement to get idea's on how evil and cruel to make this dude. We'd want something that can't be asura'd; Is annoyingly, almost impossibly painful, yet playful enough that you can still have fun even if you have no hope to survive (He's just toying with us); My guess would be that we'd have to make it so he changes to a random element every 10 seconds on Idle and Chase. then he'd have an Arsenal of skills from all of the classes available to people. and does insane combo's that'd Make you wish you didn't ask for such a monstrosity.

A GM can disguise as NPC and make some havoc with the hatter NPC lol

If not make it like a giant hydra made purely out of hats. walk animation would ooze fabrics, while hit animation shows hats flying off.

at 30% hp he turns into the Hatter NPC. Should switch targets randomly (as if in chaos), and warp on Asura, or Shield Reflect lvl somethin over 10.
