1) About 250~300 without vendors
2) Like others said, call PVP on @Main, otherwise just randomly check or go in, when people check and there is 0 they don't go in, but when there's people they do, just takes someone to get the ball rolling.
3) PVP has all enabled currently, although we do plan to add a no healing item room someday, but the main room will still allow all.

We do have boosted rates sometimes, for special occasions, you're in luck the next one is the server's birthday week, which is less than a month away!
