Account Recovery

I've noticed that there isn't an option within the Control Panel that allows me to recover a lost account.

I used to play here quite a while ago and cannot remember my username and since that's the main thing it asks for to recover anything, it kind of leaves me stuck.

So I was wondering if a member of staff could send me a message or recovery e-mail stating my username.
Also; I'm not sure which e-mail I registered under.

Excuse me for asking this but does this acc have high level characters (Around 90 non trans or some trans in it) or some great gears that you can't live without? If you asnwer "no" to both, I hope you don't mind creating a new account and save GM team some time to do other stuff on their list.

I honestly don't remember what I have on there.
What I do know is that my friend has a 9x clown and I played for as long as he did, so i'd have to have something similar.

And I don't understand why the control panel doesn't have the account recovery option already.
