Order strives to give equality to all. The strong and weak are both treated the same and they're generally OCD about order and stuff.

Chaos strives to give status to only the ones who claw their ways up and work hard, causing destruction along the way. The strong get the power and rule over the weak.

That's the roleplay standpoint, anyways. Everyone joins Light because the wings are cooler and their side wins the mass PvP battles in ToH all the time.
