No. these are all MvPs on heRO, and would not be allowed to be chosen.

Circe said those mobs you mentioned are mvp's in HeRO

And i think if you can get a wish maiden her atk will be reduced heavy.
Pets can only have 2000 atk max.
I think you can pick every pet you want unless they are mvp's and their atk gets reduced. (someone correct me if i'm wrong)
