nope you can't get them at $5

$5 is for small services or for small rewards (though i think the rewards are nice at $5 already)

If i get it right you can get them once you've donated $400 over time?
doens't mean you need to donate $400 at once.

Indeed. The bonus packages for bunches of $100 run over time.

You could have donated $10 every month for 10 months, $50 here, $20 there and then $30 later or just $100 in a single bunch.
Or any other variation.
