You will be responsible for providing the palette files to GM-Pandora, they must be properly named (number 137). If you don't have someone who can make the palette for you, you can choose one of the Amber dyes in the RMS Char Simulator http://ro-character-simulator.ratemyserver.net.
You will still be required to rename the file number, if you want to choose the Amber dyes, GM-Pandora will send you a pack that contains her 300 palette pack. The GM team retains the right to refuse a palette if not aesthetically acceptable for heRO. Once added, the palette will be available from Styla for the people of that guild exclusively.

The GM team is not responsible for any dispute that may arise (hopefully not) from this addition should a situation occur that an old guild member keeps wearing the palette while being in another guild.
