1-on-1 chat

This a question and suggestion thread in one i guess D:
Is there any way to disable the option when you "spam/click-alot/double-click/w/e" on one characters name in a party you get a 1-on-1 chat?

Its been annoying me ever since i started playing my priest xD
And especially in party's it can be a bummer sometimes cause even if you use /q to close the chat you still gotta "re-active" your bm by hitting the enter button while you click on the typing log.

So anyone knows a way to either shut it off or maybe can there be a way to disable it? (If i want a 1-on-1 chat i just copy the name in my whisper list or lett them pm me, i never use this double-click 1-on-1 option)

Opinions and suggestion?

No way, to my knowledge, apart from turning off main so that there are no names to click. :/

But its about the 1-on-1 chats that pop up through the party your in D:

Say i priest in a party and my party gets mobbed, when i "spam" heal on someone i get that chat xD

And mostly i use battle log meaning when i buff a group off people even when i have main on i won't be able to read what they say anyway xD

Ah.

Outside of the Battle Log settings, RO's complete set of PM options can be found under Alt+i, though I believe those only affect normal PMs.

Tell me how it goes, I've been very irritated with the double click in party menu as well.

I believe the new iRO client has a specific lock-button that prevents one from automatically opening a 1:1 chat when double-clicking. I don't think there is a way to prevent it at the moment.

I tested what Circe suggested and that didn't work, it still pops up :<

Thought that would happen.
Gravity aren't big on options that allow customising to one's own tastes.
