Hero Crash

So... My Hero keeps crashing on me. It just started doing this recently and I haven't made any changes to my computer.

This is the box that comes up when it crashes:


Any ideas on what to fix this?

The box doesn't help much, so best if you send a ticket saying which town you're in, what char it is, what hat/visible gears you're wearing. Also note to the GMs if it always happen in certain town. Also, as usual update your ragray and heRO patcher and make sure at least those 2 things are up to date.
