transcendant classes stop at 99 too. or they should.

Yep they do. Max is level 99 Transcendant.

It doesnt work the same on all server, but ours is like kRO I think.

You go to base level 99, you reborn and be level 1 again and you can change to your 1st job class then you change to your transcendant class when you're job 40-50.

For example:

Novice -> Thief -> Sin level 99 -> reborn to high novice level 1 -> high thief -> Assassin Cross

What is the dex needed for insta cast anyways?
Super novice has a better chance to get it dont they?
(atleast get a lot closer then other classes)

instacast is 150, yeah super novice get closer, maybe they got almost insta cast, I never counted.

If you get to level 99 super novice without dying, you get a +15 bonus to all stats. With that bonus in Dex, you easily exceed 150 dex with the good equip. But keep in mind that it is nearly impossible. Or ultra-extremely long.

hmm super novice:
99 dex - base stats
10 dex - blessing
4 dex - quad dex rod[4]
6 dex - 2 zerom clips
10 dex - owl's eye
5 dex - lvl 70 job bonus
16 dex - improve concentration (not sure about this....)
15 dex - not dying to 99

Total: 165 dex o_O
well, since i'm not sure improve concentration would add 16, it might be just 11 or 12.

also, in some newer patches, novices are allowed to wear apple of archer, which would add 3 dex

Major concern with instacast isnt super novice. In a way I even feel that allowing super-novice to have instacast is like a little step closer to making them WoE attractive.

Wizard / monks are more of a concern. With the custom items we had in mind highest dex available to high wizard (with all dex bonus) and best equips/cards was 139 dex.
