control panel votes not being processed

as the title says, ive been voting a number of times now, over the course of multiple days, and none of my votes seem to be being counted after that first one. im curious why this is happening, and frustrated that im not gaining points for my continued efforts.

here is a screenshot showing my point, and when it was voted for. notice that i only have one point, even though both the links provided have just recently been voted on.

also, yes, i have already refreshed the page. not to mention ive already said this has happened on a number of days now, so i would assume any lack of refreshing i may have done earlier would have for sure shown up by now.

Are you autotrading on the merchant while you're voting? You have to be logged out of your RO account for the votes to process.

see where it says you have unclaimed votepoints? then click here to claim those votepoints? try clicking there to claim your votepoints.

Like others have said, the vote count won't go up if you're logged into the game or autotrading while voting. You won't loose the votes tough, you'll get them all the next time you're not logged in and vote or press the claim link.
