kill poiison spores, they drops karvos that sells for easy 50-60k
also creators will buys the spores at 200-300z a pop
card is hatter which is 400k

I'd say pecopecos. Their loots ain't that good so just NPC whatever you get from them, but the card is terrific, try to haggle with that!

You're a thief, so try to steal first then kill it. More loots = more zeni.

Ok, bad idea if you're hoping for cards. I earn my early zeni like this:
- Training Grounds : Condors
- After Job Change : Baby Desert Wolves
- 30~45 : Pecopecos
- 45~50 : Myst Cases
- Until Job Change : Wolves or Desert Wolves

I then learn the economy. What's hot what's not, hunt and vend those stuff at reasonable prices. It'll help out a lot.
