Frozen Diadem [1] bugged

I finished the quest a couple days back, and got the (headgear) Frozen Diadem [1], well i was planning to put a card in it and wear it. But when i was trying to put a (headgear)card in it, the Frozen Diadem[1] didn't showed up in the list. I gave it to (the nice sir) Rankin, and he also failt with putting the card in it. And thought the headgear is bugged.

My question is: "Can a GM fix this headgear so i can wear it, with the right card?"

Frozen Diadem has been fixed.

I'll check on the staff, it's most likely a mistake since RMS says 0 slot.

Would like to argue that "alternative sources" say the staff should be [1] indeed \o/

What most likely happened is just a mistake in the slot being overwritten by eA info, which is what RMS reads off of, so shouldn't be a big problem.
