This is what I did with my Rogue, and it worked quite well for me, though it's totally unorthodox. I went with a Bow build, but didn't get Double Strafe, or even max Vulture's Eye (Just level 6 to out-range Droseras); I got Plagiarize and Gank to 10. Why, you ask? Look at my stat build and I'll explain after:

Str: ~20
Agi: ~70
Vit: ~20
Dex: ~90
Int: ~35
This is about what I had... Don't yell at me if it doesn't work out points-wise, it's close.


Dex helps with Steal. While you can't gank while attacking with a bow, you can with your fists. That amount of Agi, plus Berserk pots made Ganking quite fast, and if you're hunting a weak monster, it won't die too fast either. When Steal goes off, finish your target off with your bow; use Bowling Bash, Copied DS, or whatever. Yes, this is a primarily PvM farming build.

I also used Claymore Trap a lot in levelling. High flee + Fortune Sword made mobbing much easier by not being flinch-locked by one monster that happens to be too close.

I prefer straight DEX/AGI Bow BB builds, but it's up to you. I got enough Flee/Hit to do Banshees. Even though Bath/ED no longer lets you absorb dark soul strike, you can still mob banshees super fast.

And I'd say let the knight have their Bowling bash and use back stab! 90+ str and a VVS earth Tsurugi and OHKO hill winds with back stab!!

(not that efficient but it makes you feel special inside)
