maybe a bug like i had with the xmas items, i'd suggest try repatching through the neoncube if that doens't work try reinstalling HeRO :o

Most likely, you're running off of Sakray, which is outdated.

You'll need to go to ragray.net and download Ragray from there.
Install Ragray into a completelyyyyy new folder wherever on your PC.
Go to the heRO website, get the mini installer. Install into the same folder.
Launch heRO through the patcher.

I got heRO full installer, and I have a spiked scarf, no problems here ._.

You're only new. I believe the current full installer may have ragray, though a somewhat outdated Ragray as it is.

Konada has been here since atleast May 2010, and is likely running on an oldddd full installer.

There's nothing different. Mirrors are just additional download links to use in case the original goes down, or you don't get good download speeds from one of them.
