failed to get 20101129.gpf

I really can't get the patch no matter how many times I try it.
I've tried downloading the dl pack files but to no avail
I can connect in game but it closes due to some errors that I'm
pretty sure due to my incomplete patch.
I'm using the latest ragray setup.
I've scanned the forums but I cannot get any solution for this problem.
I've already filed a support ticket and made a thread hoping that
anyone could help me with this. I'm sorry I'm just getting a bit impatient in playing this game.

just rollback the neoncube.grf patchnumber a few numbers back.. should be the same instructions in other similar threads...

thanks for the tip unfortunately it didn't work.
I've tried reinstalling everything but still to no avail.
I'm running out of options the only thing I haven't
done so far is to download and install the full installer.

Assuming that is a HeRO patch, and I really don't know I'm not on my computer to cross reference, make sure nothing has turned itself to read only, (namely the folder I'm fairly sure neoncube downloads all the patches then compresses them into the grf) and make sure there isn't two of that patch (but if there was more people would have this issue). If it was a newer patch I would say skip it and just launch with the HeRO.exe but given that some of the things may be in game already it may just cause you to crash a lot. I know a lot more about thor then I know about neoncube so I cant really help much on this >< sorry if nothing I said helps I tend to write in walls.

usually the best bet would be to get the full installer but I'm not sure if the latest one post dates that patch.
