Novice wings quest bug?

So I was doing the novice wings quest and I had finished collecting all of the items from the magic hole but when I gave them too Emmy she took them but when I talked to her again it asked me for them again despite the fact that I had just given them too her..... D=??I spend forever getting all of those items can someone fix this for me?

Please file a support ticket at http://www.pandoraonline.net/support/ and describe a bit more detailed what happened between the first and second time you talked to the npc and we'll try to figure it out.
