I thought the auction ended at 7am server time? Kyon's offer was made after 7am server time and there was no bidding war before 7am.

I specific looked for you in game when I @time it was 7am. I refreshed this page many times and Kyon posted a few minutes later than 7am.

Yes, but remember your last bid came in at 07:10, thus making the auction now end at 08:10. Kyon's bid came in at 08:05, so it was fair.
Now, the new end time is at 09:05. I made it this way so someone couldn't snipe a bid away at the very last minute.

Your rule specifically said :

Ends: March 20th @ 7am (server time). If a bidding war is still on, the auction will end 1-hour after the last posted bid.

And he was bidding it at 7:05am my time, which is the server time. Also, you said:

That means your time shows that Kyon.Kyon posted 5 minutes later than the end time as well. Which means, according to your rule, I won the auction because no one was bidding against me and Kyon.Kyon was late.

If you were refreshing it, you'll actually see another person before me posting a 200m bid, If I was late by a few minutes like you said then the other acct should be counted, since like I said i have latency issues so I asked my friend to post one for me, remove it and I'll take the spot after he removes it.
