Client Crash!? help please

First I'd like to apologise if I posted this in the wrong plase, maybe I didnt look hard enough but I didnt find the "tech support".
Anyway I'm new to this server but not to the game and I'm getting client crashes that behave the exact same way as they did on the last server I played when they implemented new items and you didnt patch your client.
Is that whats happening? and if so where can I get the latest patch for this client.
If this is not the problem, does anyone know why this is happening?

I'd suggest taking the extra time to download the FULL INSTALLER... the smaller patch often has problems when you load it into a RO file from other servers. (just my own experience)

After it downloads and installs, patch fully and run.. should work fine then

I'd say to do what Herman said to do. What kind of error you were getting would also help too. Panda likes the information so she knows how to make the server better and better
