Failed to download file

Hi..I had just recently downloaded heRO into my laptop and i m updating the heRO's patches now. But i have a problem in patching hero20101231.gpf coz everytime it reached to this gpf..my patcher will automatically failed to download the file..I need some advice and technical help to solve this issue now..Pls help..Thx..
