rejected form server/ip banned normal or bugged?

here we go again same from my previous problem

I would like to complain about this problem

I can't login whether in game or in the official site.. and it says the following error
"The IP address behind you is banned."
I'm sure that I didn't violate any rules to be banned like this since I'm new here in heRO.

Dunno, your name doesnt show up in the banned list. as for the game one, you can get that if you mistype your password like 6 times, maybe you get the other too because of that, i've never checked. If its that it should clear in like 10min

Your IP is banned. What kind of network are you on? I mean, home, school, dorm network? Someone on your IP violated the rules so severely as to be banned. As such, you are banned as well. =\

I think you are best off to send a support ticket about this. The GM's might be able to sell you more :o
