that jail seem to be very out of the international standards for minimum prison conditions.

some things it lacks:
1.) food
2.) water
3.) door ( how did they get in, or out)
4.) cleaner (note the skeleton on the floor. GMs, go hire yourself an alice to clean it up)
5.) any forms of sanitary facilities such as baths or showers and toilets
(poor caio must've been holding it in for days, he must've smelled bad in there too)
6.) the guys with harmonica and accordions
7.) lightings (its too gloomy in there, a true jail should be scary like luttie)
8.) prison guards (but i guess with a jail like that you dont need one)
9.) ceiling
10.) the standard prison bunk beds which cell inmates usually fight over

yes, jail's quality definitely need to be improved, hopefully the UN inspectors or amnesty international won't be coming in any time soon
