What should you learn to become a scripting gm for private servers?

HI im wondering what type of coding id have to learn? Which website/books youd suggest to read etc. I dont have any experience with any type of coding so any suggestions of what to learn would be greatly appreciated.

I suggest to look at existing scripts, it's the best way to learn, ro npc scripts are very easy to pick up on.
