The smaller on the sternum looks great, but I think the on the back is still too big. Being a pixelated image, making it larger just makes the individual pixels more pronounced. I think anything larger than four inches would just look silly. =p

Rounding the pixels and blending the colors would, indeed, take away the quality. Then, people would just be confused and every now and then one obscure person would comment, "Hey, that looks like the from Ragnarok Online!" instead of people being confused and one obscure person saying, "All right! Ragnarok Online!"

I also agree that a t-shirt listing every available emote would be pretty epic, too. Arranged by columns and rows or maybe in some sort of pattern or design... iunno. Make an emote mosaic. lol

Should also make baby doll tees. It's almost Summer and I've been at the gym getting ready to show off my new bellybutton piercing and dolphin tattoo. It matches the one I had etched into my battle ax.

I'd make them available in different styles. Mens, womens, tank tops, I've even had requests for onesies. ;P I'd also offer a variety of colors, white is just the easiest to show a simulated preview with.

That depends on the quality of the shirt and how far you live away.

I just know that I can go to a regular printing shop and can get a self-designed shirt in any colour I want for 15 ? which is .. like 22 USD right now. And it's not going to be really hard to simply give them an image of the emoticon.

Question is if it's going to be cheaper than that due to you making like 500 or something at once.

Wholesale shirt & printing costs are about $4-5 cheaper than POS shirt & printing costs, so making 4-500 at a time makes a very, very small difference.

Generally I sell my shirts for $20 with $5 shipping in the us, $10 elsewhere and the item arrives within a week. I've been looking into cheaper shipping but longer wait times... hard to find a balance.
