I think there are many ways to write it in english, since it's not an english word.

In french, I've seen it written as Coran most.

I found it on a page with many quotes from the coran, in many languages which included latin.

Christianism, Judeism and islamism are 3 close religion (even tough they spawn war over it sometimes!) they worship the same "god", though they give it a different name.

Anyhow, they are all old religion, it's not so surprising they are available in latin, the bible is available in latin too. I'm not sure about the thora (spelling?), but I wouldn't be surprise if it was also translated to latin, but that might just be in hebrew too.

I hope this discussion doesnt spawn any religious flamming, but I don't see why it would, I'm sure we can all talk like civilised ppl. ^_^
