ragnarok hat problem

i have this problem with one of the hats that you get with the points... i put it on and i was kicked from the game due to an error... how can i resolve the problem??

You have to re update heRO, since its a custom hat. When I got the rainbow scarf, people got kicked when they got onto the same map as me or when they looked at my equips. I ended up kicking about ten folks before they gor the hint and updated

it is up to date... but still does the same thing i cant even see my characters...

Actually, this month's V4P is an official sprite.


You need to update/patch your Ragray, not your heRO Patcher.

here's a trick, download and install the latest files from ragray.net into another folder. Once it's done, download and install the heRO mini installer into the same folder.
Normally you'd need to wait for the patch to download, but now since you already patched everything and the original ragnarok folder is still intact, just copy the folder that contains all the patch updates into the new ragnarok folder, patch and it'll repack the patch updates instead of downloading. Once that's done you're able to access to heRO again, and you can get and use all the hats available. Simply delete the old folder once you're certain the new one won't crash and burn.
