Yeah, he was cool when he still was black Icon_twisted

While this is unfortunately true, he never lost it; he just never really improved either. Mad

Guys I don't know why but the recent top 40 songs don't sound that great to me.

:: gigglesnorts :: nah, what sounds good is some trance music. That keeps me calm, yet energized enough to care what is going on around me.

Yoink!

heRO needs moar moosic talk. Let's do a necro. Better than making another topic about the same.

Here, my music folder. Don't have everything I want, it's rather chaotic, also lot of stuff is stuck on my old laptop's hard drive that I have yet to recover.

Feel free to discuss.

RE: ~Music unites heRO~

Well, there are two Within Temptation cds i have too. xD
Somehow i did not like the newer one that much though? But the acoustic one is great. Could start listening and never stop.

Btw, you seem to like the Ukulele? Thinking
What does that even sound like?

Wish i had my music sorted that well, too. It's all over the place (all kinds of different folders on my hd, some on an external hd, some songs only on cds...).

A song i enjoy? Hum, that's hard.
Well, i like this song a lot. (Though the cover says live, it sounds like the cd version to me.)

While looking for that, i found this video. Isn't that weird?!
I don't like the song that much, but such an unusual video. oO
Maybe it's because i don't watch many music videos...
Oh well.

RE: ~Music unites heRO~

's just 2 live albums by Ukulele Orchestra Of Great Britain (HINT: input that to youtube search)

oh, yeah, the acoustic WT <3 somehow Sharon sounds even more sexy when she doesn't sing clear and precise.

RE: ~Music unites heRO~

what? no U2? no REM? no Radiohead? no RedHot? no Nirvana/blind melon?

</3

j/k... i kinda like your folder for being a mixed assortment (especially for including eric clapton), but i am kinda disappointed you didn't have those groups even though your taste seem to range from enya to various heavy metal bands...

personally i'm more of an easy listening kinda guy, but i wouldn't be able to send you an SS of my music folder for it being categorized into different genres... but yea mostly 90s rock/alternative, and some of the more enjoyable new sounds like lily allen and corrine bailey rae...

They are there a bit, in the Various Artists things, and personally, not that into REM or RHCP to the point I'd actively download them xD There's no law saying if you like A then you have to like B. (not denying the musical proficience and archievements, just not quite compatible with me) About the others, it's mostly laziness, forgetfulness and various distractions.

RE: ~Music unites heRO~

tbh i kinda pegged you for the strictly-death metal kinda guy Laugh

totally getting what you mean... kinda been revisiting bob dylan, queen, and the more esoteric radiohead myself...

still finding that radiohead's sounds are a bit "out there" tbh - and i have mixed feelings about it... on the one hand, i must admit that their experiments do produce sounds and melodies that you cannot find elsewhere in the sense that although it confuses you, you get this feeling of anguish and bittersweet life that you cannot find elsewhere...
perhaps i should download them and run through them a bit more.. Thinking

RE: ~Music unites heRO~

Funny thing is, I don't actually listen to death metal, nor do I have any on my hard drive. Just one album of Arabian black metal and that's about the heaviest thing I've got.
