Issues with Screen size..HELP

I have tried everything I went to setup and checked block full screen, I changed the resolution. My game screen is only showing on an 1/8th of my screen and I can not get it to full screen. Its not my monitor I have been playing HeRo for awhile now and I reset my computer to factory default and I redownloaded the full installer. Am I missing something?

If yr running windows 7. Check both the setup.exe and hero.exe to run as admin every time.

Also, after patching, try running the hero.exe file on its own to run the game. If I run my hero from the patcher's 'start' button, it ignores the settings I change in setup.exe, for some reason. (Might be Win 7 related, as mentioned above).
