Cannot make wiki account

I went to where it says "Login/make account" in the HeRO wiki, and all I was given was a log in page. No place to make an account.

What am I doing wrong?

Wiki signups are currently disabled, due to us getting 5-10 spam bots per day creating new pages everywhere, and ruining old ones.

I have a few premade accounts sitting around to give to interested people, but that means they come with random, premade names. Icon_razz
