BG gears ~ Elite Engineer Armor

I was under the impression that

gear set in heRO BG has been like the rms one.

But the Elite Engineer Armor [1] in heRO lists combat greaves and general's manteau as its equip set, when did this change, why, and how to get the combat greaves and general's manteau since i do not see it in the BG reward list.

Just an error in the Item Description, works as intended with Battle Greaves and Captain's Manteau.
