Seems like offender did not use his second chance well and did not take heRO GM team very seriously, as this particular IP repeated the same crime again.

This IP address and related player has been changed to "fully banned" status where they are no longer welcomed in heRO even if they promised to start fresh. Inaction by any player to cover up for Mane by not reporting to GM about his/her return immediately is considered as an offense and will be punished as well.

Mane has been added to the small list of players in the fully banned status.
