How do you unzip them? =o

should be as easy as clicking them to open, I guess it your computer doesnt automatically unzip the files you should use something like winzip, from winzip.com, after you unzip this file a new file-folder will come up and there should be 3 documents(files) which you store in your RO folder.

Yes download winzip at http://www.winzip.com download the trial version, its unlimited. Then you need to upzip the file directly into your RO folder (usually its C:/program files/gravity/RO). You should be able to connect that way. If it asks for overwrite, click yes.

lets say you want the account Marabell here are the steps, assumming your female:

Username:Marabell_F
Password: (whatever you wish)

you have created your account once you press enter, but next time you log on it'll be like this:

Username:Marabell
Password: (whatever you put last time)

Well, I don't think any other RO is interferring; I deleted all files before coming to this one. I've tried, nothing works.
