turns out this was recently (horribly) amended and passed by a rush vote. Governments suck.

Obama pretty much stated he won't sign the bill in its current state. Its also possible the Senate won't bother with the vote in time before the session ends.

So for once, pray US senators are lazy. I also hate my congressman in my district, he voted for this crap and he says he's a Tea Party Republican...whatever.
