i think he means, that only 2 cards are used in a high upgraded garment, orc baby or chung-e (green maiden) and its not really worth to use those in a +9 wool, +10 hood[1] would make more sense for those, but good luck

As Tendrios has stated. *rms'd orc baby* There is much better garments that is approximately 100m and less.

To further delineate:
2 things: 1st. This price is close to diab mants or dat nydhogg thing (in view of what you get from the +9 wool [1])
2nd. It is not +10 (for chung e.)

When a +10 garment [1] hits the auction thread a PC will be out. But at least I would fork over 100m for a +10 garment[1]. In the class of wool scarf and cheaper.

Another comment regarding old and new (+7/8/9/10 wool / tidal) if carded or not the boat for selling it at higher prices is sailing imo. As Diab and nydd garments becomes more available. PS. Just saw the +8 set vending in pront. The sets prices should continue to drop.
