+10 double AK, Strouf, civil servant carded comp bow with immat arrows. Enough Agi to double strafe spam, 170+ dex and everything else into str for the little bit??of extra damage that gives, as well as more weight limit for your fish/other SP items and ammo.

farm GR cards, and hoard them until you have enough to bring down their price to hill wind cards range, then flood the market.
