Bump, lots of things up for testing, PM GM-Garr to join!

We recently tested modified versions of Episode 13.1 & 13.2 Quests. Hopefully they can be released soon along with a modified Cat Hand Feature to offer Save/Storage/Heal service in Midcamp, Splendide and Manuk.
