Hi, I'm having bit of a problem

I first downloaded the full installer+BGM from the main website that it has provided and got an error saying invalid file is missing or what not. So, I decided to download the files through

all parts were downloaded and extracted into a folder, after the following I updated using rsu-kro-rag-lite.exe like it were mentioned. After doing all this I finally got to update the client using mini installer provided from heRO. The patching seems to be done correctly but I had a very small window screen. http://puu.sh/ZUuT.

I checked the Setup.exe in the folder checking the setting but it were written in Korean even though the setting were corresponding the properties that I have.

Wow, I never had that problem. I guess the kRO stuff from ratemyserver overwrote??the english version of your setup file or something.



Outside lablings and the sliders that are available, it seems enough of the important options are still readable in english. Not sure if you've played with any of the settings or if this helps at all.

I'm able to read the Korean since I'm Korean myself. But, Even if i configure it correctly I'm still getting the small window error. ): Does anyone know how to fix this

You could always try editing the sizing through the registry files. There are many places that show you how via the power of google.

I ended up doing that myself to get the right sizing for my resolution.

If you'd like to try another installer, the Miruku installer gave me the best hassle/error free RO after trying out many others.

That problem means it's not finding your graphic card, so setup.exe is indeed a good place to look, the latest files from rms have apparently a different setup.exe so that might be the cause of the problem.

I'd first try to start setup.exe as administrator, then after saving those try to run heRO.exe also as administrator.

If that doesn't fix the problem, please make a support ticket and we'll assist you with more things to try until you can play.
