So I saw this in a shop somewhere in Prontera and tried to @Whodrops it.??Nothing came up.??I went check RMS and it says nothing drops it yet, but from what I could tell, its a new item that doesn't have spawn data yet.

So my question.??How do you get it???I really want it for my Acolyte to help level up.
