To entice this months offerings, The Monster Storm pack has been changed a bit. In addition to doubling the spawn of mobs, the winner of the pack will also receive an exp bonus ring* corresponding to the race of the selected mob. Additionally, the winner will now get to pick which map gets the bonus spawn, as long as the map already spawns the mob already.

Stats have also been added to the Cool Fashion hats.

Does the warp package get rid of the "5 people over level 90" requirement for Nydd Dungeon?

This pack unlocks the warp for anywhere that has a Save Girl NPC. If a dungeon has a requirement before entry, it will not unlock the requirement itself, but will unlock the save location for that warp.

The monster has not been selected yet.

I would imagine it is going to be saved for the Xmas rates in the last week of December from the 21st to 31st.

I would also imagine it is going to be Hodrems, not because there is a desire to farm them, but because they are Demon monsters.

As far as your other question, this is what I can remember, but probably it is wrong:
