How to Recover Email

So, I started making characters on my alternate accounts I normally use for vending since my main was full. But I don't remember the emails to these accounts. Now I'm trying to delete the characters to make more room but I cant't because I don't remember the emails for these. Is there anyway I can delete them from the CP or recover my email using my account name and password?

If you log onto the CP it tells you what the email connected to that account is.
