The effects doesn't seem to follow the its description. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? Thinking

My maths might possibly be a little wonky, but it seems to be doing exactly what it is supposed to.

2*(3-6) = 2*(-3) = -6.
So you should be missing 6% of your max health.

2691/2863 = 0.93992whatever.
0.93992whatever * 100 = 93.99%

You should be missing 6% of your health after equipping it, and you seem to be, as you only have 94% of your previous health after equipping it.

I might have mistaken it as losing health only at upgrades in safe level. Thanks Ellie!
