Connection and FPS issue.

Hello HeRO!

I've been experiencing problems connecting to the game since after the newest patch, mostly I can't get trough the loading screen, it get's stuck at 100%. And since after the newest update, I have majos FPS problems, the mouse is delayed, the gamegraphics are delayed, I have no idea how to solve this, so please, if anyone knows anything bout this, im grateful for tips n tricks.

All drivers are up to date,

CPU: Intel Core i5 3550 Quad-Core 3,3ghz
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 5850
Memory: 8gb
Video Memory: 1gb
DirectX: 11

Prontera is the zone with most FPS drop, tho I can feel it all around in RO, and the gettin passed loading Screen issue is wherever I go, mostly It's impossible to get into game.

Finally solved, had to "fake" fullscreen my RO, had to add a new dinput.dll/dinput.ini into my RO folder, and after that everything went smoothly again. So now im back!
