The poll was made after calls of GM bias in the first place.

Soooo, you either get a player rigged poll, or go back to some people putting pressure on the team for their choices.


I personally kinda prefer the poll. It gives me good laughter to see how desperately some people want it or to make sure others don't.
I mean, all these newly created accounts and ones that haven't been logged in since 10/11/12 didn't all magically know they had to go vote, and for whom, without prodding.

And then I sit back and remember that no one has any idea what the winner will even be used for, and giggle even more.

About voting I agree with Ellie it does not help to run around in circles. A focus should rather be given on making such a poll more representative, accurate and non-corrupt. (small side note so this abuse is also probably present in the wss in bee wing discussion).
It is beyond me how such a management would be implemented. Since to spike a poll in favour of not adding wss to bee wings you can call up friends to vote for your cause or create multiple accounts to further your goal.
However managing this imbalance should be addressed, for the benefit of the wider server integrity.
