Yup I know that but it is so messy.. as I noticed.. other tips is not even perceptible.

What I mean in FAQ thread is a Compilation of all Members/Players questions/problems that are answered or resolved.. so that they don't need to search it. all they need to do is browse it to that thread and read how to solve their problem.. did you get my point?

Most of the players problems will be solved in private chats with the GM's with "Support ticket system". There are only a few cases on the forums where other players helped each other out.

So, in order to minimize private chats with GM's with STS. this can be helpful if there is a compilation of all that problem resolved . Newbies don't need to submit another ticket over and over again if there's an available solution to their problem.

as a result.. GM's can focus more in game and in updating their server.

Im trying to make one .. reading 1~78 pages of Help & Support

and I found out that most of the question earlier is all about special skills.

Yeah.. but "Patience is a Virtue". No mater how long it is, it has an ending..
I don't need to read all of topic content one by one. All I need to do is scan for some useful Information that can possible help us and compile it to one thread.
