Sniper help and discussion.

Hey everyone!

None of you will probably remember me...It's been a long time,
but alas I return with no characters!

But thanks to a friendly face I have a little push, I am working on a sniper now.

Irvin rose from the ashes yada yada.

But I am so rusty on my RO knowledge, can anyone help me with the best bows etc?

How do you get hunting arrows? haha I keep hearing about these.

Is agi/dex build totally obsolete now or is that just for renewal servers? I don't know much about the archer classes in general but I thought that build allowed for locking monsters in place...?

I believe Hunting Arrows is only for Renewal

Max agi/dex is perfectly fine.
