creating account

I cannot create an account I tried the (account name)_M or _F thing but it is not quite working could I receive some assistance in my endevor?

Did you make sure to apply the latest monthly patch? If not download it from there:

If you don't have this file, your client is not trying to connect to us, which is why it would not work. Also, make sure to start the game using the client hero.exe from your RO folder.

Secondly, make sure the login name you are trying to create is original, as we already have over 3000 accounts, most common names are taken already.

I have everything but I keep getting rejected from server. I don't understand it... I can't even make the account at sync's house and he has an active account there I don't understand it

And you are naming it the using the _M/_F method, right? For example:

Scycle_M

Can you tell me what error message you get?

yes naming it Scycle_M and I simply receive the message rejected from server..

Well that's odd. If you get a chance, could you try and see if your friend can log in on his account from your house?

And if you PM me your info, I'll create the account for you manually.
