I'm searching in my storage but it's not returning any item
The search is case sensitive, this means you likely need to put a capital letter at the start of your search word. Example if you search for "honey" it wont turn up any result, try "Honey".

How do I turn on battlemode?
It's on by default, you don't have to type anything.

Can I turn off battlemode?
No, you cannot. The closest thing you can have to the previous client is assigning the Hotkey 1-1 to 1-9 to your F1 to F9 keys and use only that bar.

How do I use battlemode?
Click the "Option" button or press ESC then select Shortcut Configuration. Assign the desired key to the corresponding hotkey. If you see only 1 skill bar on your screen, drag the lower right corner to expand it up to 4 skill bars.

I can no longer type @
Click the "Option" button or press ESC then select Shortcut Configuration. In either of the 3 tabs look for the key configuration that correspond to what you usually press to type "@" when you find it, replace that shortcut with something else which will free your "@" and you'll be able to type it again.

Can you add ... feature?
No, any new feature to the client would mean another new client, for now you'll have to get used to this one, it comes "as is".

Can the zoom be changed to zoom out farther like in the pre-renewal client?
No sorry, that would fall into the same kind of category as the question above.

Can the chat button be changed to something else besides "Enter"?
I saw other people ask that question on @main and the consensus seemed to be no, or no one found how to change this so far.

In the option menu the first and last option menu are in Korean
This is skin related. The only skin we support is the basic one. In the option menu select "Video Configuration" and in the Skin dropdown menu choose "<Basic Skin>".

I was using the client with the main color pink, navyblue, orange or green, what now?
Sorry, these color client are no longer supported, you'll have to use the default (purple main) or the blue main client.

In the storage what is the "cash" tab?
That section is used for the cash shop item on official server, it is not used on heRO.

1. Can the zoom be changed to zoom out farther like in the pre-renewal client?

2. Can the chat button be changed to something else besides "Enter" or have chat disabled so you cant enter chat when pressing enter? It is extremely annoying when spamming enter for NPC's or teleporting and accidently entering chat then trying to use a skill but end up doing nothing but spam chat.

3. Pet eggs are showing up in the weapons tab of my storage. Can this be fixed to have pet eggs show up in misc. or another tab?

Added your first 2 questions, for the 3rd one I'm not sure, but even the official pets go in weapon, so probably not. When on your character the egg go into the equip tab, which doesn't make that much sense either, it's probably just "one of those things" that you have to accept.

the no death client is pretty much useless now with the confirmation before you respawn after death...

I can't even get the no death client to work on my Windows 8 machine since I installed the full installer fresh on my comp a month ago.

So I am very happy to have this client now so I get asked for confirmation upon death. xD

What happens when you try the no death client?

It tries to open the client, but the screen goes flickering and then shuts down.

No error message is popped up so I can't provide you with anything of that sort.

have you tried running as administrator?

with win8, try non full-screen modes, that's how i got it to work on my wife's
