Easy 3 steps to Install heRO

1- Go to http://iro.ragnarokonline.com/download/download.asp
and do the full version download (1,40 gig)

2- Open the game and let it patch

3- Download the lasted patch of the heRO server (There is one each month) at http://pandoraonline.net/forum/showthread.php?tid=2097 Extract the files in your heRO folder.

Thats it

I did this and the game NEVER CRASHED!!!

And also the game will be ready for ninja and gunsliger installed that way.

No Kro kray iro sakray or whatever else issue that way!!!!

i'm sure that ninja and slinger aren't no the server yet tho, not tested enough

i'm still confused by this, if we install the new patch every month (or so) do we still have to update sakray? like with roloader

heRO works with kRO, not iRO. The game might run smooth for now, but when we change to the newest SVN from kRO, iRO will be outdated and you will crash frequently.

And yes you have to download the newest sakray since it is the sakray that codes the item IDs (like ID # 10069 are the Devil Wings) and Pandora uses the newly created IDs from the Sakray patches to transform them into heRO's custom gears. If you don't have the newest Sakray patch and you see an item which ID's is in a Sakray patch you do not have, the game wont care that you can "see" the wing, you will crash because it wont recognize the associated image files with the ID # your client dosen't recognize.

Finding, downloading and installing iRO is just easier than kRO + sakray

iRO is kRO + Sakray in one. iRO dont work on some private servers but it works definitly on heRO, and when patching iRO it patch sakray.

When pandora oppened a test server for next svn, it worked really well with gunsliger and ninja, no problem at all. It worked because iRO has the next svn that with don't have.

When heRO was in advance on iRO, when we got the taekwon class before them, kRO was mandatory to make heRO works properly, but when iRO got the taekwon, kRO was no longer necessary. Now, unless we update to a svn NEWER that the one that iRO use, there will be no problem.

When patching with iRO, it update kRO and Sakray at same time so there is no problem unless playing on a private server that requires a more up-to-date version of kRO and Sakray that iRO is using.

iRO has already gunsliger and ninja class, so theres no problem for now and for the next svn.

sooo are you saying that iro currently has the new svn that we don't have and if pand upgrades the svn we are in no trouble of crashing horribly? are there any newer things that we could get ahold of that iro doesn't have ? such that we would need kro.

Motenai: I heard that there are starting to have new Homunculus skills that may not be yet on iRO. One of the things that will make you crash if you use iRO.

-----> iRO IS kRO, iRO is kRO + sakray! So it means that iRO include kROYour the one not reading, so don't say I did not read you!!!!

Only problem is that iRO is not the newest version of kRO, but there is no problem like I already said with the current svn of heRO, or with the next one, the one that officials iRO servers are using!!!
